Lets are generally from Saturday to Saturday although we are happy to discuss alternative periods in the mid and low seasons. Rates range from £180 to £350 per week (see tariff for more details). Contact us directly either by phone ore email to discuss availability and costs further.

What's included
Bed linen
Towels
Peat for the open fires
Also available are toilet rolls, bin bags, washing up liquid, cleaning fluid and some washing powder.

Smoking
Both cottages are non smoking.

Disabled Access
Unfortunately neither house has disabled access.

Deposit
A 20% deposit is required once the booking is secured and the remaining balance must be paid a month prior to arrival.

Payment
We only take cheque and cash.

Changes and Cancellation
Changes to booking dates, provided an alternative is available, can be made up to 6 weeks prior to arrival.

Cancellations made after a booking has been accepted will incur the loss of the deposit. If a booking is cancelled after the final payment is made, the payment will only be returned if a replacement booking if found (by us).

Telephone
There is good mobile phone coverage at both houses.

Pets
We do allow dogs in our cottages, however we charge an extra £10 per dog. When you make a booking please inform us if you plan to take a dog with you.

Arrival / Departure
The house will be available from 4.30 p.m. on the day of arrival and should be vacated no later than 10.30 a.m. on the day of departure. This is to allow time for cleaning and preparation for the next guests' arrival.
